FAQ'S

Is there a contract?

Nope, no contract. It's a monthly subscription which you can cancel at any time. To cancel simply email us at hello@88bucks.com.au and request a cancellation of your account. It's as simple as that.



Do I have to put in the content myself?

We do that for you as well. Included in the UNLIMITED SOCIAL monthly subscription, we will input your content into the branded template. Simply provide us your content when you log your design brief, and we will add it into your designed post, all perfectly sized and ready to post on social media. We will send you the posts in JPEG or PNG (whichever you prefer) format so you can easily post it on your social media platform.



Do you also post it to our social media?

Unfortunately not. We will design up the social media posts and even input your content. But once we deliver the designed posts back to you, it's up to you to post it on your social media platform.



What platforms do you design for?

Facebook LinkedIn Instagram and if there is another platform you want to have your UNLILMITED SOCIAL posts designed for, just let us know which one and the dimensions if you have it, and we should be able to do it for you. To be on the safe side, let us know prior to signing up so we can investigate it for you and save you money.



How do I cancel my subscription?

Simple email us at hello@88bucks.com.au and request a cancellation of your account.



Can I put my UNLIMITED SOCIAL subscription on hold?

Yes you can. Just email us on hello@88bucks.com.au and let us know to put your account on hold. You can put your account on hold for as long as your like, or you can give us a specific date in which you would like to resume your account.



Do I need to supply you all my design requests in one go?

Nope. You can provide it whenever you want so long as you are a subscribed member.



Can I get edits done?

Yes of course. The monthly plan comes with unlimited edits as well.



What is the UNLIMITED SOCIAL?

The UNLIMITED SOCIAL is a monthly graphic design specifically for social media designs.
- Custom branded social media designs Each month you can send through as many designs as you want and we design them up for you. We work on 1 design at a time so you can log them all at once or throughout the month and we design our way through them. When we deliver them to you, they should be sized and ready for you to post. It also comes with unlimited revisions, so we if get it wrong or you would like a change, just let us know and we will amend.



Do you have a free trial period?

Yes we do. We have a 7 day free trial period. If within the 7 day trial you feel this isn't for you, just let us know and we won't charge your card.
