I don't get it, can you elaborate?


In a nut shell: You pay a monthly flat rate and we will provide you with a dedicated graphic designer who works on your design requests in the order that you request them. The price doesn’t change regardless of how many requests you may have. We will work on one design at a time until all designs have been completed and approved. When your design is completed, we upload them to your account and send you a link to give you instant access to your designs. If you’re not happy with the design, no problem! You have unlimited edit requests. We’ll work with it until we produce the design that you are happy with.




So I can just send you anything and you'll design it?


Our scope of design service is expansive but limited to general graphics design. If your design requires a consultation to explain, then our services are probably not suitable for your requirements and it might be best to stick with a freelancer or traditional graphic design agency. Our services are great for those nagging tasks that you just don't have time for or budget to assign to a traditional graphic designer. Can I submit 20 design requests in a day?


You certainly can send 20 requests in a day, although one dedicated designer working on your requests will only be able to complete one request at a time and subsequently your requests establish a queue. First in, first served. Depending on the complexity of your request, we like to give a general guideline of at least one day per design request. This time frame will extend again if there are edit requests. Gauging a timeline for a product from a creative service like EIGHTY8 definitely requires some common sense and understanding from both client and designer




What if I have a large number of requests and want a faster turnaround time?


This is not a problem, if you have a large number of requests and want them completed quite quickly you can purchase an additional subscription for that month to get the jobs done faster.




What if I just want 1 design done?


Sure! We can do 1x design for you. We charge a flat fee rate of $88 for a single request, which comes with unlimited edits until you approve the final output. There is no contract with this option. Just a flat fee.




Can I upgrade or downgrade my account?


Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your account at the end of each monthly circle.




What is the turnaround time for a design?


For a standard design (1-2 pages) we have a turn around time of 1-2 business days. For larger designs of 3 pages or more, like presentations and so on it will usually take 3-4 business days. We are quite fast and quite often we can produce a design within 24 hours.




Can I put my account on hold?


Yes you can put your account on hold and recommence whenever you like. This means that whilst your account is on hold you will not be billed.




Can I send you my drawings for you to illustrate?


Yes you can! We can take your illustrations and turn them into a digital format and enhance it if you like.




What if I want to put my EIGHTY8 account on 'HOLD' or if I wish to 'CANCEL' my account.


It's simple! If you would like your Account put on HOLD, just email us at hello@88bucks.com.au and in the 'Subject' type HOLD and let us know for how long you would like it on HOLD. If you would like your Account CANCELLED, just email us at hello@88bucks.com.au and in the 'Subject' type 'CANCEL' and we will look after the rest for you.




How do I update my credit card details


Simply go to the following link and enter the email address used to access the design portal.
